The Bill (Reg.№3378) introduces amendments to the Law "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine" according to which the law is to be adjusted to the norms of the Land Code, the Laws "On State Registration of Property Rights for Real Estate and their Restriction", "On Land Lease".
During the discussion, the members of the Committee declared that the suggested amendments concerned the property right and the right on land use registration.
According to the members of the committee, adoption of the Bill will facilitate the completion of the land reform and establishment, functioning and dynamic development of the land market as well as strengthening of the state control for the lands use and protection.
